A few month ago booking.com announced occupation based prices. With this you can send/set occupancy dependent prices for the same room.

With occupancy-based pricing, you can set different prices for the same room depending on how many people are staying there. For example, a room that can fit a maximum of four guests could also be booked by a group of three or less.
This will allow you to reach an even larger group of travelers. It make it easier to fill your larger and more profitable rooms, as you will be more visible on the Booking.com website.
